Women needs to take control of own finances NOW.

Hi everyone, Christmas have already over. All of you have a great one last week? I had a Great Christmas last week with my family over a dinner. Haven't been updating my blog for Days. And finally I am back to Blogging now before the brand new 2012 is coming.

Thinking of what I have done in this year 2011 besides status changes, frm Miss to Mrs or Mdm. And the rest seems to be the same. Although some of you might think that since I am married, I do not need to earn alot as this is the role of a man isnt it? But to me I still think that Woman still need to be somehow finanical independent too.

An article which I found from Srait Times in year 2006, although it might be quite sometimes but however I think is still important to know. The reason why women need to take control of their own finances is as the reason below;

1> Women have longer Life Expectancy than Men.

2> Women have shorter career. As women mostly after married will work part time so they can take time off for Family needs.

3> Women earns lesser than Men, as we have shorter career span, therefore just before retirement an average men will have ard 1.7 times more $$$ in their CPF as compare to Women.

4> Divorce rate is getting higher each year. And the living standard for a man after divorce goes up while the women goes down.

So common all Ladies and women, regardless married or Single now, pls take Note that we should have our OWN insurance policies including Hospitalisation medical needs, build our own nest of Eggs above any joint savings or investment which have with our husband. Save as much money as you can while still single. And also buy your marital home in JOINT Tenancy so to ensure the property automatically goes to the surviving spouse in the event of Death.

Above all is what I wanna share. Hopefully the information is useful to you. ;> If you do not know how to proceed on, engage your consultant now or you can drop me an email. And I can share with you my 2 cents worth.

What is Thyroid Cancer?

After so many days since my Last update on Pregnancy insurance, which didnt get much response from my Readers. Hopefully the thing I am going to share today would interests some of you.. ;>

Recently I came by some older articles, and something catch my attention. And this just happen to some people around me, my Mother and also some clients. And this condition might be uncommon to the public, which is Thyroid.

Thyroid disorders can range from a small, harmless goiter (enlarged gland) that needs no treatment to life-threatening cancer. The most common thyroid problems involve abnormal production of thyroid hormones. Too much thyroid hormone results in a condition known as hyperthyroidism. Insufficient hormone production leads to hypothyroidism.

People might have symptoms such as difficulty in Swallowing and Breathing are sometimes seen in Large Nodules. Sometimes if a nodules are associated with Voice Hoarseness, rapid growth or found with Neck Lump, it should be carefully assessed for the possibility of Thyroid Cancer.

No worries, currently there is a surgery for Thyroid cancer, and it was definately a safe, efficiacious operation. Early Diagnostic and treatment in good risk patients can result in a cure rate of 98-99% and most of the thyroid patients can return back to their normal life. Therefore Early Diagnostic and Treatment is important. With Early Stage Critical Illness coverage is important.

Free Christmas Shopping?

Christmas is around the corner, and I really wished Everyone out there a Happy White Season.

What I am going to share today will be on the other side of Insurance which is Financial Accumulation. I believe that Everyone would be busy with Christmas shopping during December. But does anyone know how to use your current money you have and enjoy your Future Christtmas Shopping FOC?

Why I say so is because of saving in Endowment Policy now, and then you can use the yearly cashback for your shopping expenses. I dont know whether does it make sense to all of you, but it do make sense to me cos even though I use out the cashback yearly, eventually at the end of the maturity I will still have my capital.. ;>

For more information, you can PM me via dondon_v@yahoo.com (No Obligation) ;>

Lastly HOHOHO Merry Christmas to all my fellow friends.
